I recently attended an evening tour in the Avonlea Badlands through Avonlea Heritage Museum with some awesome ladies from Red Fox Creative Studios. What a wonderful place! Here are a few of my favourites from this leisurely 2 km hike. The evening light adds a certain richness to the layers and landforms that are found there. My first highlight of the day – hawk rock – … Continue reading An Evening in the Avonlea Badlands

The low sprawling buildings really didn’t detract from the desert as was … Continue reading Taliesin West
This is one of those “special” places that leaves your jaw in the dirt. Even photographs don’t really do this landscape any justice. It simply must be experienced. I highly recommend a visit to Bryce Canyon National Park. Continue reading Bryce Canyon
Another return to the Riparian Preserve to catch the sunset in a timelapse. Continue reading Back to the Riparian Preserve
